The Canadian ‘’Cabin’’
(Trapper’s Camp)

Authentic log cabin facing a lake – a memorable area during the time of the ‘’Coureur des Bois’’ (trappers) where the first settlers earned their living by trapping firs. You will be amazed by the adventure of experiencing a night in this log cabin with its bunk beds, linen & towels, chemical toilet, oil lamp & candles.

Practical Information :
• A 8 – 10 walk will be required to arrive at the cabin
• A flashlight may come in handy for walks in the dark.
• Upon your arrival or at departure time, we will give you a ride to and from the
cabin on an ATV (4-wheeler) to not have to carry your luggage on foot.
• Showers are on the camping site.
• Do not be surprised by the howling of the wolves, the heavy breathing sounds of
the buffalo, the call of the moose, or the sound of beaver slapping its tail in the water.

A $10 fee will be added for each additional person
