Cancellation Policy

More than 90 days before the reservation date
The downpayment is refund minus a $35 for banking fee and administration fee.

Less than 90 days before the reservation date
No refund of the 30% downpayment, amount paid out surpluses will be paid off.

Less than 7 days before the reservation date :
50% penalty on the totality of the reservation

Departure before the end of reservation dates or cancellation less than 48 hours before the reservation date
100% penalty, no refund is granted for those who leave before the end of the stay.

Long-term Reservation (low season only)
It is possible to rent an accommodation for long periods of time. For additional information, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be pleased to answer all your questions.
